Today, I'm sharing a dreamy newborn session that stole my heart. I was invited to photograph the Siberas Family in Maplewood NJ to celebrate the arrival of their brand new baby girl.

Sweet Baby Tess was born weighing 6lb 4oz - what a tiny bundle of love! She rocked her newborn photography session and slept almost the entire time. When she woke up, she gazed peacefully at me and my big camera and made eyes at her parents.

Her big brother Oscar was a joy and my buddy during the session, and at times, I totally let him steal the spotlight :) He helped me capture some beautiful candid moments for the family. 

Cherry Blossom Photography Session | Family Photographer Millburn NJ

Spring teased us for too long this year but it's finally here and seeing the explosions of color sure does make my soul sing. I'm so excited to share some of my Cherry Blossom sessions!

I got to photograph Katherine in Millburn NJ and what a blast we had with this spunky 3.5-year-old! This cutie embraced the whole experience, dressed up like a true Cherry Blossom princess and struck model-worthy poses all over the place! I was amazed at how comfortable she was with my big camera pointed at her. We laughed, ran around, admired the blossoms, made silly jokes and hid behind the blossoms.

Katherine's Dad wasn't planning on being photographed (or smacked in the face with cherry blossoms) but they coordinated so nicely and I just couldn't resist taking a few shots with him in the frame. I always love capturing a few candid images that show the special bond between a parent and a child. For me, these moments are so precious and truly show the unique dynamic each parent has with their children. 

This session brought me so much joy and I smiled the whole time while editing these images.

Welcome Baby Juliet | Newborn Photographer Maplewood NJ

Lifestyle Newborn Photography Session in Maplewood NJ

Baby Juliet was 14 days new when I got to meet her and capture some moments from her first days in this world. Juliet and her family, including their pup Pickles, were superstars during our session.

Juliet entered this world weighing in at 8 pounds, such a cute little bundle of joy! Watching mom and dad doting on their new baby is one of the greatest sights to witness as a newborn photographer. Juliet’s mom had some adorable outfits and head bands she wanted to use and baby girl didn't mind one bit. 

Juliet woke up a few times during her session demanding food but, after having a bit of milk, settled right down into cozy slumber and slept through most of my setups. 

It was such a pleasure to capture Baby Juliet and her adorable family!
